Bulgarian Defense Minister Nikolay Svinarov will take part in the NATO Defense Ministers Summit in Belgium, ministry officials announced.
General Staff Chiefs of NATO member-countries will also join the two-day meeting, taking place at NATO headquarters in Brussels.
The participants will discuss key defense issues like transformations of NATO military operations and missions in Afghanistan, Kosovo and Iraq.
The event will take place in six basic formats-Defense Planning Committee, Nuclear Planning Group, North Atlantic Council, NATO-Russia Council, NATO-Ukraine Commission and Euro-Atlantic Partnership Council. |
